the natural ways on how to become from fat to fit.
What is Obesity:
Obesity
is a disorder involving excessive fat deposition/accumulation under the skin of
our body. We all need certain amount of fat
compulsory for our body to perform its usual activities. Fat acts as a lubricant between our joints and
smooth movements. Fat is energy. If no fat is in our body, we cannot even move
one step out. It is the fat which is giving
us energy to move, to work, to do our day-to-day activities. In short, without fat we cannot live. If the fat deposition is excess than what we need
then it is called obesity. Obesity often
results from taking in more calories food than are burned by exercise and normal
day-to-day activities. Obesity increases
the risk of many health problems.
If we cure obesity then automatically
many of the issues or problems or diseases will automatically vanish. If you have any problem related to the obesity
then cure obesity and your problem will automatically vanish.
To know if you are really obese or not,
just simply see the BMI chart. See if your
height matches with the weight given in the chart. If your weight is less, then you are lean that
means you have to increase your calories intake to match-up your ideal body weight. If your weight is more, then you have to decrease
your calories intake and adopt some exercises to reduce your weight and match-up
your ideal
body weight.

Causes of Obesity:
When a person's body
mass index is 25 or greater then it is called obesity. The excessive
body fat increases the risk of serious health problems and issues. Eating fat, fried, fast foods, alcohol (beer),
drugs (steroids, pain killer pills), high calories, flour food items, constipation
are the causes of obesity.
Some of the causes for obesity are genetic,
hereditary, lifestyle, pain
killer pills/tablets, eating excessive fat/fried fast
foods, irregular eating habits, skipping regular meals, sedentary jobs, drug
side effects (like steroid drugs), craving food items due to depression, excessive
eating due to loneliness, excessive eating due to angry, excessive eating due to
boring, drinking alcohol daily (especially beer), eating items made of flour daily.
Prevention/Remedies of
Obesity:
Treatment for obesity is lifestyle changes. Adopt diet plan and exercise into your daily routine.
If your obesity is genetic or hereditary
then there is no cure. But, there is a hope. Follow and adopt some of lifestyle changes into
your daily routine, you may become from fat to fit.
If your obesity is from side effects
of drugs/alcohol then reducing the use of such drugs and alcohol will automatically
revert your obesity. And you will become
from fat to fit.
If your obesity is from sedentary job,
then take frequent breaks and walk a few steps and adopt some exercises into your
daily routine. And your will become from
fat to fit.
If your obesity is from excessive eating,
then reduce your eating. Any you will become
from fat to fit.
If your obesity is from eating fried
fast foods, then avoid such fast foods. And
you will become from fat to fit.
If your obesity is from constipation,
then avoid constipation. And you will become from fat to fit.
Things that will reduce
your obesity are:
Lifestyle changes, daily exercising,
eating protein rich foods, drinking lukewarm water, eating four small meals a day,
eating only half stomach at night, eating your dinner daily at around 7 to 8 p.m.

intake of protein will increase constipation, which again is one of the reasons
for obesity. So, taking in protein along
with measure to avoid constipation

Daily Routine and Lifestyle
Changes:
Adopt this daily routine and lifestyle
in your life and you will become from fat to fit.
Eating Habits (four meals
a day plan):
First thing in the morning evacuate
your feces (see my blog constipation),
then drink two glasses of lukewarm water, then take your breakfast plus one glass of water rich in protein
at around 7 a.m. (protein rich are boiled egg whites, cooked fresh meat), drink one glass of water plus tea at around 9:20, eat your
lunch containing fruits, vegetables, meat, protein rich food plus one glass of water at around 12 noon, then take your
snacks plus one glass of water plus tea at around 4 p.m., then take your dinner plus one glass of water at around 7 p.m. rich in fruits, vegetables, meat, protein, milk, then drink one glass of normal or lukewarm
water at around 9:20 p.m., then sleep at around 10 p.m.
Exercises:
Daily in the morning and evening go
for jogging
(or) brisk walking (or) do warm up exercises at home (or) do pranayama
(or) do gardening work (or) walk up and downstairs three times in the morning and
evening (or) swimming (or) zumba
dance (or) aerobics
(or) tai
chi (or) kung
fu (or) karate
(or) dance on your favorite songs.
Doing Jobs:
Take frequent breaks and walk around
a few steps for at least 1 or 2 minutes during your job duty, drink always normal
water, avoid drinking cool water, do only one job. Doing two jobs causes restlessness and depression
and thus leading to eat more and more fast foods or leaving you fasting due to job
duty hours, both are the reasons for your obesity. So, doing only one job and living peacefully is
more important than anything for your healthy and happy life. Doing two jobs will make your performance in job
weak resulting in two less incomes, no growth in your profession. Doing only one job and increasing your quality
and experience in your job gives you growth in your job, gives you promotion in
your job, increases your pay scale or income.
More income means more pleasure in your living standards. So, do only one job and increase your skills in
that job. You will be happy.
